A rather delightful example of yellow zucchini-ness!
I should have measured it. But in the ways of the zucchini, it was quite large.
It was grilled and enjoyed that very evening. Which is good because my zucchini plant is very happily producing more. More than we can eat? HA! Never!
Well. Maybe never. They can get big.
But this is why we have recipes.
